Rates
These rates are designed to give you a guide to potential costs and expected number of photos. I know every shoot is different and want to be as flexible as possible for clients – if you have something in mind we can always discuss it.
Half-day on site plus production
Suitable for a 2 / 3 bedroom terrace or small commercial space.
£750 + VAT
Up to 25 retouched images
The £750 rate includes:
- Plan with client on approach, style, key features
- Time on site (around 3 hours).
- Contact sheet of around 50 images to choose from.
- Standard retouch/editing (around 4 hours).
- Supply of up to 25 final retouched images.
Full day on site plus production
Suitable for a 4 bedroom+ property or larger commercial space.
£1,250 + VAT
Up to 50 retouched images or 25 highly edited images
The £1,250 rate includes both my time on-site carrying out the photography (maximum 6 hours on-site in total) along with a fixed number of up to 50 final retouched images delivered.

- Standard retouch/editing (around 8 hours).
- Supply of up to 50 final retouched images delivered.
The £1,250 rate includes both my time on-site carrying out the photography (maximum 6 hours on-site in total) along with a fixed number of up to 20 final retouched images delivered.
Multi-day shoots
Suitable for an office space or commercial development.
For multi-day shoots I charge £750 + VAT per day while on-site with post editing and supply included in the price up to an agreed number of photos. This keeps things simple and clear for clients.
Up to 15 retouched images per day. For larger sites or where significant dressing/set-up is required the number of photos may be reduced. We’ll agree this beforehand.
The £950 rate includes both my time on-site carrying out the photography along with a fixed number of up to 15 retouched images delivered (per day).
- Time on site (daily).
- Contact sheet of around 40 images to choose from per day.
- Standard retouch/editing.
- Supply of up to 15 final retouched images delivered.
Contact sheet
Clients will be supplied with a contact sheet made up of large thumbnail previews of all of the images taken on the shoot for the client to choose from and make their shortlist of up to 10/20 images.
Any extra images that the client would like to use above the final selection of 10/20 images are charged at a fixed rate of £50 each.
A deposit of 50% is to be paid and cleared latest 5 days prior to the photoshoot date in order for the booking to be secured, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the contact sheet. Once the remainder is settled, the editing process of the shortlisted images begins, with a full set of high resolution images delivered via WeTransfer upon completion.
Time on site
£750 rate includes up to 3 hours on site
£1,250 rate includes up to 6 hours on site
£950 rate includes 6 hours on site across multiple days
Post-production
Strict multi level post-production retouching of the final chosen images.
Retouching
Light retouching is included as standard. Any need for medium/heavy retouching required i.e. complicated item removal etc is charged at £50/hour.
Contact sheet
After the shoot, I supply the client with a digital PDF contact sheet including 4 thumbnail previews per A4 page of all of the images that made it past the initial culling stage. The client will then use this contact sheet to make their shortlist of 10/20 images that they would like me to retouch and deliver as the final product.
Travel / Accommodation
Travel is included for any shoots within the M25. Travel beyond this distance is charged by the mile or final cost of travel if using a means of transport other than driving.
Accommodation is charged at cost rate or can be arranged by the client if suitable.
High resolution retouched images
Ready for print and web use, all delivered via WeTransfer.
All photos are licensed to clients for 5 years and can be used worldwide for any marketing purposes other than paid advertising, where licensing is arranged on a usage basis. Images delivered to the client are for the sole use of the client, and as such, can not be used by any third parties unless agreed to in writing prior to works being invoiced.
